So I waited and waited and it finally happened after two weeks of pent up frsutration on his part lol.

Plop a letter on the door mat from the ex. as you know he tells S about court etc etc S blames Mother for fathers failings blah blah blah and now son wants to live with Dad with minimal contact with Mum blah blah blah. S spoken to such a person and said mother witholds contact etc etc (all a load of rubbish) I have done a schedule and wish your client to implement this as soon as possible and she can tell S of all the changes and for your client not to oppose my application for residanecy. HMMMMMMMMMM. The man is a fool.

His letter after reading about four times and I can't believe he has actually put it in writing (thankyou god) he is showing a clear pattern of continued parental alienation. We have responded of course I wrote the letter myself using all the correct legal terms as I have now become very good at writing responses, sent to my sol who just scans make minor corrections and he posts it off on headed paper thus saving me some money.

So now he requests a schedule after 10 months of me trying to arrange one and having to do weekly contact, of course his schedule is totally one sided and I again have had contact reduced to every other weekend and he states, he will ALLOW an extra day here and there if son wants it.HMMM. He has made many unfounded allegations yet again stating CAFCASS's report suggested that my behavior is always negative to the children etc etc. That would be cafcass who he doesn't want anything to do with and blames them for interferring, cafcass who actually didn't say any such thing about me HMMMM. Oh and CAFCASS who are no longer involved anyway.

The man is amazing actually no he's not. Seriously how can he be taken seriously over this. He gave up freely residance of our children, he has regualr contact everyweek and I always try and change plans if he and S want to do something special Which I have done again next week on our contact time. He has the hump because of his failed attempt at court and because he contacted the CSA to be re-assessed and that didn't go the way he wanted either HMMM. So he threatens to take the kids again funny how this has reared it heads after a financial hearing.

So I continue as always nice calm pleasant, and inside laugh my head off. Anyone got a spare box of straws they wanna sell so I can give them to him for Xmas give him something to clutch. lol
