Subject: how is it possible to avoid 3rd trial?

if h has not disclosed all information which would show his expenditure and has not fully answered questions put to him prior to the fdr and everyone appears to just be working on the information/figures he has given us then how on earth is it possible to reach agreement?
ie: he and i are going to remain miles apart because i know the real figures and so far nobody seems to working to his 'actual' income ie: dividends as well as salary.

You need to prove those figures wrong and in such a clear way your own lawyers, his, he and the court will rip them up.
