Subject: first directions hearing

So had no choice to adjourn the first directions hearing as have an important hospital appointment in London. Thankfully managed to speak with the listings officer last week and she told me who the judge was going to be, well surprise the judge is the same as before the one who said I don't wish to see your face again Mr Kat. She actually asked for the case lol. OOOPS this could be interesting. All re-scheduled for the week after so great. CAFCASS meeting before hand at their offices to see whether they want to be involved after the ex's last rant about them and his non compliance of any order regarding the children.
So we wait and see what happens. Looking forward to this then.

That's very good news about judicial continuity. Often the courts' timetables don't allow for it but it's an indication that the judge thinks your case is important. Good luck!

That's what my solicitor and I thought good to know that we have the same judge. I just hope that he will see the timing of this hearing coincides with his losing the last one, found out his application went in the day after and they had to query it with him.
Surely they will see through it and that it's not about our children but money aspect of the divorce.
Charging order being done and read today in our absense apparently they don't need to see either of us because the hearing wasn't that long ago Sol rang from court house to say as he was there with another case he was getting to see the same judge who did the last finacial hearing OH DEAR such a silly boy if only he had paid the money he owes. He does have it I have seen his accounts so no reason except shear stubourness and non compliance of the order again reasons he only knows. Actually cause he's a fool lol.

Ever wondered about devine intervention well it happen's can't post on here but put it this way things have never looked better for my child and the outcome of the hearing. I believe in it will bite them on the arse and it well and truly will excellent.
