Susan Clark is a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel and the Solicitors Family Law Association, and a specialist in disputes relating to children and financial disputes arising out of relationship breakdown. Please note however that advice in relation to financial issues/disputes in relation to children cannot be given without full details of the assets/income of both parties and details of the history of the marriage. To obtain advice on a preliminary basis will cost in the region of £75 + vat for up to 1 hours work. The fees for a divorce are £350 + vat + court fees of £210. Costs in relation to financial issues or disputes surrounding the children will need to be discussed direct once the issues are known. Unfortunately advice cannot be given free of charge.
